His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

I recently ordered a decal and not only did I receive it quickly, but I was blown away by the quality and ease of placing it onto my surface.   I'm a new happy customer. I found out about Dali Decals by reading about a local promotion. Even though I missed out on the promotional offer, I was really impressed with all the customer pics and reviews. I was at a loss on what to get my boss who is expecting her first child and when I saw the Elegant & Swirly Framed Monogram I had to get it for her.   The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name. Classy and elegant are the two words that come to mind when describing the decals. A big thank you to Dali Decals for your professionalism and kindness each time someone from your team spoke with me.
