  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We purchased the dandelion for my daughter's room at college in her new apt. She received LoTs of compliments! She however had to move from there fairly quickly. She was able to remove the decal without damaging the walls. Wasn't able to save the decal but we are excited to order all new ones for her OWN new place with no roommates!!!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Your company rocks! One of your reps saved me money on shipping AFTER I ordered online, I have never seen a company do that. My niece loves her new room with the birds on a wire decals. Thanks so much, It is rare to find a company with such great customer service.
