I ordered monogram and name decals for my daughter's nursery. They looked amazing, then we had a flood in our house. The repairmen had to tear down the wall where I'd placed the monogram, which was really disappointing for me.
Marisa at Dali Decals was so understanding of my situation and replaced just the monogram portion of my order. It arrived two days later. Thank you for wonderful customer service! And a great product! |

| I just wanted to thank Dali Decals and the wonderful rep in Florida who assisted with decals for my wedding. She was phenominial and so were my decals. They were used for glass vases in the centerpieces and were a complete hit! I wish I could remember her name bc she made the process so painless, they had to be customized monograms and it took her less than a day to make my idea come alive! |
