I bought the boy blowing bubbles and the girl blowing bubbles and I also bought bubbles in three colors. I used them in a boy and girl nursery and this room ROCKs! This was not my first experience with decals, and thought I had nice quality in the past, but Dali Decals has raised the bar! I will never buy from anyone else! EVER! I am planing my next project now and I can't wait to see what else I can do! I will send you pictures ASAP.

Wow! Everyone just loves the Tree Blowing in the Wind decal I put in our nursery. I did need help with the trunk but the leaves, owl and birds were a breeze to put up. I'm also impressed with the fact they send a picture of the image so I could map out the leaves. Now, our baby can look up and be greeted by nature every morning. It's beautiful and the "extras" Dali Decals sent exceeded my expectations. I would totally order from them again!

I purchased my first and second wall decal from Dali. Great product, easy to install great quality. I purchased a third from another company (sorry), not so easy to use, difficult to install not as good of a product overall. I am back to create a custom quote from Dali. I know I will receive good customer service as well as a great product! Thank you!

Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. I'm looking forward to receiving my products, and I'll be sure to recommend your company to others. Thank you! |

| I ordered two sets of beautiful dragonfly decals and I couldn't be happier. They came in the mail so fast, and the company was generous enough to fulfill my special request and even throw in a mini holiday decal. This was my first purchase and definitely won't be my last. I recommend Dali to everyone for all your wall decorating needs, and the package also included installation directions and tools so it can't get any better than that. I might just have to call the DDOD number on the box because I can't get enough of these decals. Thank you so much! |
