  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   I purchased this set of decals along with another set that I have not applied yet because I am doing a memory wall and don't have all of the materials yet.
  
  I was so nervous about the application of the decals I was going crazy. Dali Decals is one of the best companys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I do a ton of online purchasing.
  
  Both of my orders, placed seperately, arrived within a week and there was always a little something extra in the package.
  
  Application of these decals was approx 10 min. from beginning to end and was such a breeze. I love it. my friends love it and my husband LOVES IT! It turned out absolutely amazing.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
