  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I recently purchased 2 decals from here. One for the master bedroom and one for our baby's room. It is amazing how much a decal can transform the room. My baby's room looks ten times better with the decal in the center of his wall. I am writing this after I just purchased another decal for our bedroom. I have already told friends and co-workers how awesome these decals are.

  Thanks so much for your quick reply and for answering my questions. I have just finished installing the little trees decals and it has by far exceeded my expectations. I was a little afraid that I would mess up the installation, but your instructions worked perfectly and it looks fantastic! I will be installing the dandelion tomorrow and am really excited to see how that looks above my bed. I am a little bummed that the decals won't be able to be transferred to my new location when I move in a year or two, but because I like my decals so much, I will buy them again when the time comes.
