Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   My wall decal from Dali arrived at my house (in Ontario Canada) 2 weeks after I purchased it! It was very easy to put up (we needed about 3 sets of hands for some areas) and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees our Tall Tree with Leaves Blowing in the Wind is amazed by how awesome it looks! I was also super excited to see all the free extras they included with my purchase.   These decals are incredible, easy to use, durable, colorful, and make a room look awesome. Dali is the best and will bend over backward to please you. I have made a gorgeous headboard from various flowers and leaves, and it's been shining down on me for a year now. Still love it. Thank you Dali for a terrific product.

  I've got a problem with the decals I recently ordered. Everybody who now walks down the hallway keeps distracting me by commenting on how nice the are and keep talking about getting some for themselves! ;) Very nice work. I love them and your customer service was great as well.

  I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.
