  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I'm a huge fan of Dali Decals--not just because of their awesome products, but also their amazing customer service! It's so nice to shop with a company that values its customers' input and feedback. I love the interaction on their Facebook page!
  
  Every time I've placed an order with Dali Decals, it ships right away, and my box is always loaded with little extras. The staff at Dali Decals goes out of their way to make their customers happy, and it shows!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I have purchased 5 items and love them. The most recent being "The most important things in life are not things" in beige and the word "things" in silver. All i can say is "WOW"! It matches the color of my bedroom furniture PERFECTLY and becomes such a nice focal point on my taupe colorwashed walls. I also did "Relax" on my bathroom wall over our roman tub and it looks amazing in chocolate on my cream walls. Thank you for being affordable and for providing such an easy DIY project!
