Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Your decals are the best!!! I've told all my friends about your company. I purchased the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" for my baby boy's nursery. His walls are a bluish gray color and I ordered the tree in all white. It looks awesome on his wall. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on this tree. I ordered it in matte and it looks like we painted it. It took my husband and I most of the day to put it up but there were a lot of little branches and leaves so it was very detailed...I didn't care though. Plus this was our first time so we wanted to make sure we did it right! I'm so happy with it! The sad thing is we are moving and I can't take it with me...I'm sad, but I will be ordering another one :)

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
