  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We ordered the "Tree with Swirling and Spiraling Branches" in dark brown. BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service, they marked each piece for us so we knew which was the middle and the top. My husband says, "it looks like paint on the wall.' It took a little patience making sure each piece overlapped correctly and even though we didn't get it perfectly placed, you couldn't tell because the tree was so busy.

  I just had to write in and let everyone know how easy these are to use! I thought it was going to be difficult but it really is super easy! My decal looks great! Wish I would have done it a long time ago!

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I just got my "Get Naked" decal and my birds on branches. I love them! The "get naked" one is terribly cute!! It looks great on my shower doors.
  
  You guys even threw in a surprise Christmas tree! I'm proudly displaying that on my mantel!
