  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   When I purchased my Dali Decal I told them I first heard of them via Tugg :):) They threw in a few extra Decals, they are SO sweet!   I just wanted to say thank you for such an amazing product. I recently ordered a decal and not only did I receive it quickly, but I was blown away by the quality and ease of placing it onto my surface. I was also amazed to see that I was given some duplicate decals along with the one I ordered. I thank you for the service and will be definitely using Dali Decals again in the future.

  This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)
