  I ordered monogram and name decals for my daughter's nursery. They looked amazing, then we had a flood in our house. The repairmen had to tear down the wall where I'd placed the monogram, which was really disappointing for me.
  
  Marisa at Dali Decals was so understanding of my situation and replaced just the monogram portion of my order. It arrived two days later. Thank you for wonderful customer service! And a great product!

  There really isn't a way to fully tell you how impressed I have been with Dali Decals, other than to tell you that this shop and its customer service reps go above and beyond the call of happy customer service.   I just wanted to share how beautiful your work looks above our fireplace. We are so in love with the custom decal! It was super, super easy to put up, and it changed the whole look of that area. Everyone who has seen it is in awe! Between the symbolism and the workmanship, it is truly a work of art. It's not shiny or "sticker" looking at all, and there are no areas of glue left around it. It looks painted right on the wall!
  
  We also ordered the compass rose, which looks fantastic too! I will send of picture of that later, as the rest of the room isn't done yet. We've gotten lots of compliments on that decal also. Part of my job involves drawing maps, so I've always been partial to cool looking compasses, and yours is by far the coolest I have seen!
  
  We have (and will continue to) recommend you and your company to all of our friends. We are beyond happy with the product and can't wait to get the wall prepped for our dandelion! Your decals are very much like tattoo's - one and you're hooked.
