Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just absolutely LOVE Dali Decals!! I started off with just one funny one for our toilet, then ordered another one for my living room, then another one for my friend's baby room and now yet another for my spare bedroom. They always get so much attention when company comes over. Such a great idea for a wall that just needs "something" extra. And I have to say....Dali Decals customer service is THE BEST (always so nice and they have a way of making you feel as though you are their friend)!!!   I have purchased 5 items and love them. The most recent being "The most important things in life are not things" in beige and the word "things" in silver. All i can say is "WOW"! It matches the color of my bedroom furniture PERFECTLY and becomes such a nice focal point on my taupe colorwashed walls. I also did "Relax" on my bathroom wall over our roman tub and it looks amazing in chocolate on my cream walls. Thank you for being affordable and for providing such an easy DIY project!   They are just amazing!!! I placed my order thinking I was going to get something cheap and different then what I see in the picture but they proved me wrong. I got exactly what I ordered and even more. It was as I saw it in the picture and it was the exact colors I wanted. I have ordered 12 birds I got 16 I have ordered a personalized name sticker for the wall and I forgot to put two of the initials and I was concerned that if I call back they will charge me full price for it again but yet again they proved me wrong. They only charged me for shipping. They are truly the best online company I have ever ordered from. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks for wall décor. I will also reorder from them if I need anything else for my children or myself. Great customer service, fast, efficient, organized and much much more.
