  My wall decal from Dali arrived at my house (in Ontario Canada) 2 weeks after I purchased it! It was very easy to put up (we needed about 3 sets of hands for some areas) and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees our Tall Tree with Leaves Blowing in the Wind is amazed by how awesome it looks! I was also super excited to see all the free extras they included with my purchase.   I just received and put up my decal, which was a Thoreau quote, some words in cursive, some were block letters. I am so pleased with the great quality, size and color of my decal. It truly is better than I had imagined.
  My only warning is that since the words on the quotes have a thin surface, be prepared to get to work putting it up, especially if it's a long quote. I would suggest having someone help you - I did it on my own and was really nervous about ruining it. Luckily I didn't, though, and it looks absolutely amazing!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
