  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.   I order the 72 Bubble piece for my bedroom wall. The shipping was fast. I was so happy to see the UPS man at my house. I got right to work on them. The direction were simple. I had a blast taping the decals to the wall figure out where I wanted them to be placed. Once that was done I got to work. I was so happy when it was done. The colors matched me bedroom set perfect. I feel so much more comfortable and cozy in my bedroom now.

  I ordered the 2 color polka dots for my daughter's nursery. I painted the bottom half of the wall a dark grey color, topped it with white chair rail and used the DARK GREY MATTE and SOFT PINK colored polka dots (comes in 5 different sizes) on the white wall above the chair rail. It matched beautifully with the paint and looks amazing! So worth the money to make my baby's room beautiful for her arrival :)
