  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I wanted to write to pass along my positive experience for any future customers. Though I felt the transfer was going to be challenging, once we got started it was pretty simple and the results look truly painted on. I decorated my babies room and it gave the room a whole new dimension. I had used a different company for decals years ago and they were far lower in quality and looked more like a decal-vinyl on the wall. Dali is very thin and very crisp looking. I will buy more Dali Decals for upcoming projects.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I found you guys because of a promotional deal you did back in the spring...I knew I would be moving into a new apartment this fall so I got it as a housewarming gift to myself! I am so glad that I did! I got the apple blossom branch for my living area and the stacked coffee cups for my kitchen. They were so fun and easy to install and they look amazing. I can't stop staring at them/touching them. Now I keep coming up with other places I could put Dali Decals! It may not be for a while, since I'm a poor grad student, but I will be back for more, I promise.
