My name is Amanda. I recently purchased an order that contained a few decals that were damaged during shipping. Upon calling you guys, your customer service was outstanding. I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. Your company approached the problem in a timely manner and I have to tell you that I am now a customer for life. Plus I will refer all my family and friends to your website. Thank you so much for your customer service and for running such a wonderful company!!!

I wanted to write to pass along my positive experience for any future customers. Though I felt the transfer was going to be challenging, once we got started it was pretty simple and the results look truly painted on. I decorated my babies room and it gave the room a whole new dimension. I had used a different company for decals years ago and they were far lower in quality and looked more like a decal-vinyl on the wall. Dali is very thin and very crisp looking. I will buy more Dali Decals for upcoming projects.

We love it! They are very easy to apply and we're already looking at getting more for our other rooms!

I'm a huge fan of Dali Decals--not just because of their awesome products, but also their amazing customer service! It's so nice to shop with a company that values its customers' input and feedback. I love the interaction on their Facebook page!
Every time I've placed an order with Dali Decals, it ships right away, and my box is always loaded with little extras. The staff at Dali Decals goes out of their way to make their customers happy, and it shows!
I'm a Dali fan for life--as long as there are walls around me, they will be covered with really cool decals!

I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!
