Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   Recently upgraded the bathroom. Using 2 of asian papercut design in an alcove where the commode is, 2 of wild grass in a lt brown matte finish over painted coffee-colored walls above molding, alongside a large garden tub. The result is subtle. It looks like the design is painted on!
  Last year I used dandelions behind the headboard in the master bedroom and I'm still receiving compliments. It's a pleasure to be able to purchase high-end, quality decals, with such a wide range of choices, colors and finishes... Kudos to you and your products

  I just wanted to share a picture with you all...while my original intention was to use your large infinity symbol decal on our handmade wedding "guest book" it didn't quite work out that way. The decal didn't adhere totally flat due to the wood being uneven so I decided to use the decal as a stencil! However, the names did lay flat, but they just weren't the right color for the project. So after a 10 minute chat with an incredibly helpful Dali employee I had new name decals special ordered! Just wanted to thank you for always taking care of your customers! Now, my husband and I are working on placing your Robot decals in our baby's nursery....so more pictures to come!
