  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  Hi guys, we LOVE our tree! It was super easy to install and looks gorgeous! We will be taking pictures soon to send in. The level of customer service we received (the last minute rush shipping, etc) was above and beyond our expectation. We will definitely be ordering from you again!

  I just wanted to send a quick note to THANK YOU for my order, and for being such a wonderful company!! I’m attaching a picture of my decal (“Everything happens for a Reason”) [see www.facebook.com/DaliDecals for more customer photos!] which I put above my bed to remind me that everything I endure has a purpose. I was also THRILLED to get a bonus second set of the Cute Little Birds with my order!! My mother came down to visit me for the weekend (a 7-hour drive), to help me set up my new apartment, and I gave her the extra birds. She loves them as much as I do!
