  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I just wanted to share how beautiful your work looks above our fireplace. We are so in love with the custom decal! It was super, super easy to put up, and it changed the whole look of that area. Everyone who has seen it is in awe! Between the symbolism and the workmanship, it is truly a work of art. It's not shiny or "sticker" looking at all, and there are no areas of glue left around it. It looks painted right on the wall!
  
  We also ordered the compass rose, which looks fantastic too! I will send of picture of that later, as the rest of the room isn't done yet. We've gotten lots of compliments on that decal also. Part of my job involves drawing maps, so I've always been partial to cool looking compasses, and yours is by far the coolest I have seen!
  
  We have (and will continue to) recommend you and your company to all of our friends. We are beyond happy with the product and can't wait to get the wall prepped for our dandelion! Your decals are very much like tattoo's - one and you're hooked.

  The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name. Classy and elegant are the two words that come to mind when describing the decals. A big thank you to Dali Decals for your professionalism and kindness each time someone from your team spoke with me.   I just applied a set of fun ocean decals in the bath at our lake house. I spent a little time planning out spacing, then tested out the spacing by hanging them on the wall using blue painter's tape. Then I followed the directions and in just a couple of hours had totally changed the look of the room! Very cool, very professional looking, and unique! My husband was genuinely impressed at the final product, and it makes me smile every time I go into the room. Thanks!
