There really isn't a way to fully tell you how impressed I have been with Dali Decals, other than to tell you that this shop and its customer service reps go above and beyond the call of happy customer service. Not only would I be happy to do business with Dali Decals again but I would fully recommend them to everyone.

I received my first order from Dali Decals last night, and couldn't wait to apply the circle and dot decals to my new KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
I am extremely impressed with the quality of the decals I received from Dali Decals. The color is exactly as represented on the website, the shapes are cut perfectly, and the sheen adds to the refined finish of the decal. I was worried that these would look like stickers when applied to my KitchenAid stand mixer, instead it looks like a custom paint job. Order without hesitation! (pictures posted to Facebook)

I ordered one of my photos on a canvas print. I selected the wrong size and it would have completely changed the look of the shot. Instead of just printing it...they called me to let me know and offered to change it to be exactly what I wanted. When I got it in the mail...I was so thrilled with it! It is beautiful! I can't wait to put it on display at my next wedding show! Thank you Dali Decals! I know who to go to from now on!

I'm a huge fan of Dali Decals--not just because of their awesome products, but also their amazing customer service! It's so nice to shop with a company that values its customers' input and feedback. I love the interaction on their Facebook page!
Every time I've placed an order with Dali Decals, it ships right away, and my box is always loaded with little extras. The staff at Dali Decals goes out of their way to make their customers happy, and it shows!
I'm a Dali fan for life--as long as there are walls around me, they will be covered with really cool decals!

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
