  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name.   Your company rocks! One of your reps saved me money on shipping AFTER I ordered online, I have never seen a company do that. My niece loves her new room with the birds on a wire decals. Thanks so much, It is rare to find a company with such great customer service.

  While my purchase is not recent, I have had Dali Decals on my car for over 3 years now and they look as good as the day I bought them! No fading or peeling and compliments daily from passerby. I plan on getting a new car soon and will be "enhancing" its image with Dali Decals!!
