  I have a small condo and didn't want to clutter up my dining room wall with a clunky, oversized piece of art. I ordered a fairly large decal and, to my surprise, it went up flawlessly within minutes! I was so nervous of bunching or peeling but it was perfect.   Hi -- I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Robert Chadwick. I've ordered your decals for my home and love them. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   Overall I'm EXTREMELY satisfied by the decals I ordered from Dali. We have textured walls, and it was rather difficult getting the decals to stick, but after applying a clear coat sealant over the decals, we haven't had any peel off. The decals look AMAZING and the colors are spot-on! I will definitely be using Dali again, and I'd also recommend others to use them as well! Thanks Dali!!

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
