  I just wanted to say thank you for such an amazing product. I recently ordered a decal and not only did I receive it quickly, but I was blown away by the quality and ease of placing it onto my surface. I was also amazed to see that I was given some duplicate decals along with the one I ordered. I thank you for the service and will be definitely using Dali Decals again in the future.

  Overall I'm EXTREMELY satisfied by the decals I ordered from Dali. We have textured walls, and it was rather difficult getting the decals to stick, but after applying a clear coat sealant over the decals, we haven't had any peel off. The decals look AMAZING and the colors are spot-on! I will definitely be using Dali again, and I'd also recommend others to use them as well! Thanks Dali!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
