  A+++++++ artists! Dali Decals custom-made this design from nothing. All I knew was I wanted chains and thorns... and they made it into something amazing!!! They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   I really wanted a tree on the wall of my baby daughter's nursery. Thanks to Dali Decals, my vision became a reality with their beautiful decal.   I had ordered the Bubbles in two colors (choc brown and orange) for my studio apartment back in Nov 08. I apologize for writing this a year later but the decals have been holding up. I remember the buying process was smooth, easy to navigate website and color options were numerous. The instructions were easy to follow. The bubbles have given my apt a very chic and hip look. I went out and bought matching drapes, furniture and knick-knacks to accentuate the colors in my apt. I even painted two accent walls choc brown and green (the orange gives it a kick). Thank you!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We ordered a 40ft. long decal of part of our logo and had it installed down a hallway in our client area. The printing was perfect, exactly the right colors, and cut out perfectly. It looks amazing! The decal actually looks better than I thought it would. Great work!
