  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   Your decals are the best!!! I've told all my friends about your company. I purchased the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" for my baby boy's nursery. His walls are a bluish gray color and I ordered the tree in all white. It looks awesome on his wall. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on this tree. I ordered it in matte and it looks like we painted it. It took my husband and I most of the day to put it up but there were a lot of little branches and leaves so it was very detailed...I didn't care though. Plus this was our first time so we wanted to make sure we did it right! I'm so happy with it! The sad thing is we are moving and I can't take it with me...I'm sad, but I will be ordering another one :)

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. I'm looking forward to receiving my products, and I'll be sure to recommend your company to others. Thank you!

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
