  • Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.

    I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   • I love, love, love my new wall decal!
    It does look like if the flowers were painted on the wall - very original. I strongly recommend them to everyone who has empty walls.
    My decal consisted of 13 separate pieces, and pre-arranging them on the wall in the order and positioned I liked, took the longest. Adhering pieces to the wall was a piece of cake after the very first one.
    I am browsing the site for another decal, and deciding which wall to use next.
