  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!

  We used Dali Decals for a custom designed decal for our daughter's nursery almost 3 years ago. I sent them an even more challenging design for baby #2 who is due any day now.   I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.
