  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I used Dali Decals to decorate my nursery. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and professional looking product. I was so pleased!! My husband and I chose to place her name on the wall and we decided to throw in the $10 Bird decals. All that I can say is that any decal you can get from Dali decals for $10 is a STEAL!! We have Gotten so many compliments about our nursery and everyone compliments us on our wall. The instructions were easy to follow and they look awesome on the wall!!!! One year later and I am back to purchase a decal for her new toy box.
